IWS v3.0.6.1 includes the following features:

When they use federated servers, IWS virtual workspaces can be accessed by the users connected anywhere in the federation. The primary effect of federation is it increases the Presence and Awareness by combining all the named users across the multitude of the federation. In addition to the enhancements to federation, the new release also includes FIPS 104-2 encryption and support of the latest Internet Explorer release. It also includes support for JAVA JRE 1.6.0.2. These features bring IWS in compliance with many federal agency policy mandates. This release continues Ezenia's tradition of addressing our customer's most pressing needs.

New installations of IWS will include version 3.0.6.1. The new version is also available as a free upgrade to existing customers with current IWS licenses through Ezenia's web-based upgrade process.
