3. It's Saturday and I need help with IWS. What do I need to do to contact Support?

If you have purchased an Extended Service Plan, enter your ESP code and then press the pound (#) key to reach Technical Support. If you have not purchased an Extended Service Plan, you will have to leave a message and a support engineer will call you back the next business day.

If interested in purchasing an Extended Service Plan contact your Account Manager. There are two options:

Platinum = receive after hours call center support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Gold = receive after hours call center support 24 hours a day, 5 days a week
