This telephone support program is available from 6-6 Monday - Friday Eastern Standard Time (EST), or at an upgraded 24 hours a day, Monday - Friday. Ezenia Support Services also offers 24x7 telephone support to give you peace of mind, knowing that technical expertise is only a phone call away no
matter when you need it.
On-site Support
Ezenia Support Services provides each customer the opportunity to contract one or more of our local engineers for limited or extended on-site support services. Bring our experienced technicians to you, to help answer any questions you might have. On-site support allows you to focus on the mission at hand while our experts monitor and coordinate your InfoWorkSpace server operations.
Installation Services
Ezenia's Collaboration Specialists can help you design and customize your Ezenia installation to meet your enterprise's specific needs. Ezenia Support Services will provide complete integration and deployment assistance for a fast, trouble-free startup.
Exercise & Deployment Services
Ezenia Support Services offers both an Exercise & Deployment Service. Units preparing for deployment or exercise maneuvers may now leverage these services, thereby eliminating the need to tear down, transport, and bring up their own systems, prior to and following these activities. Our Collaboration Specialists will coordinate a pre-deployment survey during which all requirements will be discussed to ensure successful operations in your environment. The servers will be built at our
facility to ensure proper installation and configuration to the client build requirements.
This process is carefully reviewed by our technical experts to guarantee the servers are deployed to your exact specifications. Once your servers are up and running Ezenia Support Services will provide an online User Training course for up to 25 users, a four hour Administrator course, and one day of consulting with one of our Collaboration Specialists.
